Brendan Shalders joined Poseidon Nickel in September 2019 as chief financial officer and company secretary. Prior to that, he was the managing director of FTI Consulting; general manager of strategy & corporate development with an ASX-listed mining services provider which services major resource projects across Australia, Canada and Chile; and six years in transaction services with KPMG in Perth and London, working on projects in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Europe where he was involved in due diligence processes for disposals, acquisitions and capital market transactions and provided transactional, integration and accounting advice.
