Brendan Kavenagh has over 20 years in executive leadership roles within the technology recruitment and professional services industry, with a background in building and executing sales strategies and leading the teams.
Prior to joining Apply Direct (AD1) in November 2020 and becoming chief executive and managing director in July 2021, Mr Kavenagh was the chief executive of Davidson Technology and Monitor Consulting between 2016 to 2020, and the general manager for Victoria at Ambit Technology which was sold to Peoplebank in 2008. Mr Kavenagh remained a member of the executive leadership team until the acquisition by Peoplebank which had become the IT specialist recruitment in Australia backed by Japanese-listed human resources company Recruit Holdings.
