Brendan Acott

Managing Director / Satterley Property Group

Brendan Acott joined PRM Property Group as chief executive in April 2015 and when the company merged with LWP Property Group in December 2018, he became its chief operating officer before becoming managing director in July 2019. In September 2023, LWP Property Group then entered into a service agreement with Satterley Property Group to deliver its projects in Western Australia and Mr Acott remained in the role with Satterley Property Group.

Mr Acott has led significant property development investment opportunities for a large WA financial institution and was a senior executive at an ASX 300 listed property investment company, where he was responsible for a property portfolio of in excess of $500 million. He has also been an executive director of several unlisted public syndicated land development companies.
