One of the country’s biggest businesses, a $3.7 billion automotive supplier, is undergoing a very orderly transfer of power.
Bradley Gannon has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA and High Court of Australia.
Mr Gannon has held senior positions including as partner with Perth-based law firm Solomon Brothers and his background has extensively involved the provision of advice and services relating to corporate governance.
Mr Gannon has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (with a major in General Management) from the University of Western Australia, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Law Society of Western Australia. Mr Gannon has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, the Chartered Secretaries Australia Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance where he received awards for National Dux Corporate Accountability, State Dux for Corporate Governance and Corporate Financial Management, and the Ian Falconer Rio Tinto National award for academic excellence.
