Brad Rogers has extensive experience in setting group strategy, overseeing complex mining operations and logistics, mergers and acquisitions, and investor & stakeholder relations.
Mr Rogers will become the managing director and chief executive of manganese producer Jupiter Mines from August 2022. Prior to that, he was a key member of Bis’ leadership team from July 2008 to July 2022. He was the company’s chief financial officer for five years and also led the company’s corporate development and commercial functions prior to being appointed acting chief executive, then chief executive and managing director in May 2015. Prior to joining Bis Industries, Mr Rogers was general manager of corporate development at GRD where he was responsible for group strategy, business incubation, corporate finance and investor relations. He was also responsible for GRD’s Global Renewables operating business in Australia and Asia for three years. Before that, he worked in management positions in the management consulting practices of Mainsheet Corporate and Arthur Andersen.
