
Brad Harris has more than 21 years of experience in municipal and land development engineering, design and project management. He was the technical services manager at the City of Gosnells and the civic design manager at the City of Melville. His extensive technical experience includes design and contract administration of land development projects; asset management for roads, paths and bridges; road safety; road funding applications; management and design of large scale road projects; overseeing civil design, horticultural design, transport planning and surveys. In 2010, Mr Harris was awarded the IPWEA GK Watters Local Government Engineering Excellence Award for his work on the Lakeway Drive-In redevelopment for the Town of Claremont. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Honours) from the University of WA, and is an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (IPWEA), past convenor of IPWEA Road Safety Panel; and member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
