Boris Us is a career diplomat and expert in government relations with over 30 years of experience in trade development and operations, as well as trade diplomacy. He was senior engineer of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the USSR in Sri Lanka, Commercial Attaché of Trade Representation of the USSR in Burma, and deputy head of trade representation of Russia in the Netherlands. For more than 7 years, Mr Us held senior executive roles and directorships in several Namibian companies involved in mineral exploration in Namibia, Angola, Zimbabwe. He has vast experience in management of government relationships in various jurisdictions and deep knowledge of the licensing and approvals processes for natural resource projects.
