Blake Lieschke has extensive valuation experience across the residential, commercial, industrial and retail market sectors. He assists his clients and various Courts in providing thoroughly researched, accurate valuation advice and expert opinion on complex valuation matters.
Mr Lieschke specialises in high worth residential assets and is regularly appointed as an expert witness in the Supreme and Family Courts; and assists in matters which require expert valuation opinion in mediation, conference of experts and giving evidence at trial.
Mr Lieschke joined Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 2006 and is the WA state director for residential where he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the residential valuations division in Western Australia.
He is a Certified Practising Valuer in the State of Western Australia and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
