He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil industry including operations in the USA, Venezuela, Ecuador, Africa, Australia and NZ. Mr Rippey has specific skills in dealing with operational management, joint venture drilling agreements, implementing strategic planning, building operational partnerships in the oil industry and managing change. Prior to joing Enerdrill in 2015, Mr Rippey was managing NRG Drilling in New Zealand.
