Bill Molson

Mr. Molson spent most of his career at UBS Securities Canada Inc, where he was a Managing Director until 2006. In this capacity he gained extensive experience in assisting Canadian energy companies with capital raising, capital structuring, mergers and acquisitions and investor relation strategies. Mr. Molson became a partner at Saguenay Strathmore Capital, a wealth advisory firm based in Purchase, New York USA which specialises in hedge fund strategies, in May 2007. Mr. Molson is also President of Invico Energy II and a Managing Director of Invico Energy III, two private energy funds based in Calgary.
