Bennett Greenhalgh

Bennett Greenhalgh is a corporate lawyer with experience advising ASX-listed companies on a range of legal and corporate governance matters, and compliance issues regarding Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules requirements. He has assisted clients with ongoing corporate advice on directors' duties, legal and corporate governance reviews, and company secretarial matters. Mr Greenhalgh has also worked on transaction-specific projects including acquisitions of listed companies by way of off-market takeovers and scheme of arrangement, acquisitions of private companies, corporate restructures, and fundraising by either debt or equity. He advises companies in a variety of industries including mining exploration and development companies, media companies and industrial support firms.
