Benn Wallace is experienced in advising and representing builders and contractors on their rights and obligations in building contracts disputes and contract management. He is also experienced in construction contract drafting and review.
Mr Wallace regularly appears in Court and his litigation experience includes managing cases in the Supreme and District Courts, Building Commission of Western Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal as well as mediation and arbitration.
Prior to becoming a senior associate of Tottle Partners in September 2019, Mr Wallace was an associate of Clyde & Co for 2 years, and spent over 8 years with the construction and infrastructure team at Lavan.
