Ben Moore was admitted to practice in December 2019.
He has provided legal advice on a range of corporate transactions including primary and secondary capital raisings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. Mr Moore also advises clients on general commercial matters (such as drafting and reviewing a variety of types of contracts), leasing and property transactions, and matters in other specific legal areas such as succession and trusts.
