Ben Green

Ben Green has practiced in the area of corporate reconstruction and insolvency for 11 years in Western Australia and Victoria.

He joined Pitcher Partners' business recovery and insolvency division in its Melbourne office in 2004 before moving to the Perth office in 2007.

Mr Green specialised in large voluntary administrations and has overseen the trading operations and asset sales process of businesses. He was involved in the administrations of ASX-listed companies including Monarch Gold Mining Company, Macmin Silver and Platinum Australia.

Mr Green also had experience working with indigenous affairs corporations and dealing with the State and Commonwealth Government Departments that govern these corporations. In 2010, he spent time on secondment in the Credit and Asset Management division of a major bank where he was responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to limit the expense of the bank to non-performing clients.
