Ben Cave has over 20 years of leadership experience, delivering projects and managing disparate stakeholder needs.
Mr Cave joined RSPCA WA office in January 2016 as an executive manager of business services before becoming general manager in August 2019 and chief executive in August 2020. Prior to that, he was the national operations manager of AFG Home Loans, projects manager of Patersons Securities, spent over 4.5 years with Asgard Wealth Solutions as an area manager, general manager of operations at Australian Investment Exchange, and operations manager of JDV.
