Benjamin Carruthers is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in advisory, restructuring & turnaround within listed and private entities across a range of industries including mining and resources, services, retail, manufacturing, aquaculture and marine, education and training, and franchising. He has also been involved in financial due diligence, financial modelling, cash flow management, working capital analysis and sale of business engagements.
Prior to becoming the chief financial officer of Resonance Health in October 2023, Mr Carruthers was general manager of SFM Marine and an executive director of Korda Mentha's restructuring team.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (French).
