Ben Bradstreet is an experienced energy and infrastructure lawyer. He acts on complex projects and transactions for owners, investors, lenders and governments across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. Mr Bradstreet advises clients on project ownership structures, debt funding requirements, commercial and legal risk allocations in various markets, procurement and project delivery models. His practice centres on the oil and gas, petrochemicals, power and utilities industries; as well as related infrastructure and commodities.
Mr Bradstreet has been a partner of Norton Rose Fulbright's projects and construction team in Perth since February 2023. Prior to that, he was a senior associate of King & Wood Mallesons for over 7 years and spent almost a decade at UK and US-based international firms in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
