Belinda Towart has been a director overseeing the Office of the Chief Executive at Landgate since February 2021. She joined the organisation in 2005 and now advises the chief executive and corporate executive on matters relating to government, parliamentary, ministerial and strategic communication matters. This includes making key decisions to ensure Landgate's strategic vision is defined and executed. As a senior leader and a member of its corporate executive team, Ms Towart ensures that the company meets business, policy and budget objectives and contributes positively to the broader agenda of government. She also leads the strategic communications team which ensures the business is supported with their communications and issues management requirements. MsTowart has successfully managed a number of projects including the development of Landgate’s capability framework, online performance management, and significant structural change programs.
