Bardin Davis has over 20 years of investment banking and corporate experience in the mining and energy sectors. He has significant emerging markets experience and has worked on a broad range of international advisory, capital markets and financing transactions.
He joined Peak Resources as executive director in October 2020 and as managing director and chief executive in December 2020. Prior to that, Mr Davis has been the chief financial officer of UPC/AC Renewables Australia since November 2019 and had previously held a number of senior investment banking roles in Hong Kong and Sydney, including as head of the resources & energy group of Asia Pacific, deputy head of corporates in Asia Pacific, and head of advisory for Australia at HSBC; and head of metals & mining Asia for Macquarie Capital.
Mr Davis holds a Master of Applied Finance, Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and Bachelor of Agricultural Economics with 1st Class Honours.
