Barbara Powell has over 25 years of experience in community services and development management in local government and is the director of community services and development at the City of Kwinana.
In her previous role at the City of Fremantle, she was responsible for managing a range of diverse services similar to those offered to the community by Care Options and as a consequence has considerable knowledge of, and a commitment to, ensuring quality service is delivered to the community.
