Ashley Speers relocated from Northern Ireland to Perth, Western Australia in October 2011. She works with leading Australian organisations to design, implement and deliver talent solutions.
Ms Speers is a female inclusion & diversity champion. She became the executive officer at CEOs for Gender Equity in April 2022.
Prior to that, she was the business development manager for the Western Region at PERSOLKELLY, one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading staffing and recruitment providers, and over 8 years at Kelly Services Australia where she held senior management roles.
