Ashe-lee Jegathesan has significant commercial, legal and executive experience.
Her previous roles with multinational IT and technology companies included time spent at Melbourne IT where she was general counsel & company secretary, as well as 3D Networks & Nortel Networks where her responsibilities spanned legal and regulatory, strategy, mergers & acquisition, corporate governance and risk management.
Ms Jegathesan received the inaugural Women in Law ACLA In-House Award in 2012 and was a finalist in General Counsel category of the Australian Law Awards in 2015 and in the Victorian Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award.
She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.
