Over the time that Arthur Psaltis has been managing director of Pritchard Francis, the team has grown from 9 staff to over 85. The focus of the firm has radically changed from residential and small commercial facilities to designing and documenting multi-million dollar projects within all sectors of engineering and construction. Mr Psaltis oversees all aspects of the company and can often be found taking graduates to the site for morning concrete pours or practical completion inspections.
