Anthony Spagnolo was appointed development manager, built form at Atlas Building (WA) in 2024. He previously served as an assistant development manager at Stockland, starting in 2023.
Mr Spagnolo attended the University of Western Australia completing degrees in Commerce, Arts, and Asian Studies. After graduating, he worked as a ministerial adviser in the state government, and then as an adviser for former opposition leader Mike Nahan. In June 2019, following the re-election of the Morrison Government, Mr Spagnolo joined federal finance minister Mathias Cormann’s office as a senior budget adviser.
Mr Spagnolo was the Liberal candidate for the state seat of Riverton in 2021, and is the Liberal candidate for the Legislative Council in the 2025 state election.
After the 2021 election, he entered the property industry, working in roles at companies including Nicheliving, Stockland and Atlas Construction, where he has focused on urban infill projects across Perth.
