Chinese investor in $19m play for Kelmscott Plaza
A private Chinese investor has made its first move in Perth’s property market, purchasing Kelmscott Plaza Shopping Centre for $19 million.
Anthony Del Borrello became the director of investment management and acquisitions at FRP Capital in September 2020. Prior to that, he was a commercial real estate broker for CBRE’s Western Australian retail investments team where he specialises in the marketing and sale of retail assets with a specific focus on neighbourhood shopping centres. He was responsible for providing high-end financial analysis, due diligence documentation and transaction negotiation and represented high profile institutional clients such as Vicinity, Charter Hall, Woolworths and Bunnings. Mr Del Borrello has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Western Australia and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
