Anthony Bereyne

Anthony Bereyne practises in the areas of major projects, infrastructure, insurance, building and construction law. He has extensive experience in complex, professional indemnity, commercial and insurance litigation in the infrastructure, building and construction, oil and gas area. Mr Bereyne had acted for insurers and insured in numerous directors and officers, and professional indemnity matters, for over 15 years including policy coverage and indemnity litigation and directors and officers insurance. He has drafted and advised clients on numerous forms of contracts including building and project management contracts, design and construct, alliance, asset maintenance and procurement, supply of equipment, design consultancy and early contractor involvement. Mr Bereyne has also advised and represented a number of multinationals involved in the energy and construction sectors in connection with their Australian operations, represented clients in dispute resolution matters in the Supreme and District Court, mediations, conferrals, expert determinations and arbitrations, including all elements in the construction procurement and supply chain.
