Anna Sandham has two decades of experience as a company secretary and governance professional.
Prior to joining Company Matters in December 2012, Ms Sandham was a company secretary at AMP Financial Services and Westpac Banking Corporation where she also led the secretariat function with the BT Financial Group. Prior to that, she held company secretarial roles within the private and public sectors, including at NRMA.
Ms Sandham is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of its Legislative Review Committee.
