Brokers pull rank as merged CPS Capital

WESTERN Australian stockbrokers CPS Securities and Indian Ocean Capital have agreed to merge to create the ninth biggest stockbroking operation in the state.
Andrew Wilson has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Masters of Law as well as more than 30 years of legal experience, including 16 years with BHP where he was the president director PT BHP Billiton Indonesia from 2000 to 2007.
Mr Wilson has been a director of various public companies including Herald Resources, Robust Resources, PT Resource Alam Indonesia TBK, and director/chair of various not-for-profit organisations.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of RMIA and AusIMM.

Ardiden has appointed Bradley Boyle as executive director and Michael Stares as general manager – Canadian operations. Mr Boyle was formerly a managing director of Triton Minerals.
