Andrew Tilley
Andrew Tilley is a food scientist with a passion for value adding to waste streams in agriculture and food production.
Mr Tilley was a co-founder of startup company Gelavo, whose mission is to redirect horticultural waste streams into value added products that meet the Australian consumers growing interest in environmentally friendly food products. Gelavo was awarded a place in the 2018 Curtin Accelerate program, and chosen to be represented in the Curtin Alumni Annual Appeal 2018.
