Andrew Stott

Andrew Stott has significant experience in global technology M&A for listed and unlisted companies. He is originally from the UK and worked in London and New York before moving to Singapore in 2012, to open the offices of an international tech-focussed law firm.

Before establishing his own advisory firm in early 2018, Mr Stott was the Asia managing partner and regional head of corporate of a global law firm, and has advised on transactions in excess of US$20bn within Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. Mr Stott was a board member of the Asia Video Industry Association, whose 130-member organisations include leading advertising & marketing agencies, media groups, government regulatory bodies, telecom companies, new media service providers and network enablers.

Mr Stott has been a consultant to Adveritas since August 2018, helping implement its expansion strategy through partnerships with internationally-based customers and partners.
