Andrew Sparke has over 15 years of experience in IPOs, private placements, secondary market transactions and listed company compliance.
Mr Sparke has been a director of several private and public-listed companies, and has advised numerous ASX-listed organisations on capital raising and corporate transactions.
He holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Masters in Finance, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
