Andrew Pratt is the senior director of Lease Equity's asset management department, and is responsible for tailoring development feasibility structure to manage cash flow during property redevelopments. This often includes liaison with financiers, accountants, project managers, development managers and architects.
Mr Pratt has over 20 years of management experience and a Commerce degree in Property.
He was involved in the redevelopment of the Plaza Arcade to become Perth’s number one CBD retail arcade by virtue of increased traffic flow; and the redevelopment phases of Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre, a $50M+ redevelopment which is designated as the district shopping centre for the City of South Perth.
