Andrew Pardey has over 30 years of mining industry experience in exploration, project development, construction and operations.
Between February 2015 and December 2019, he was chief executive of Centamin. He was also general manager of operations at Sukari prior to becoming chief operating officer.
Mr Pardey had held senior positions in Africa, Australia and other parts of the world including with Guinor Gold Corporation and Ashanti Goldfields (now AngloGold Ashanti).
