Prior, he was the CEO of Advanced Manufacturing Co-operative Research Centre (AMCRC) which he now serves as a nonexecutive Director. He has focus on bringing together industry and research to develop and commercialise innovations. He has held a range of senior positions which includes Director at Leica Microsystems Pty Ltd, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development North America and Director of Product Management at Vision BioSystems Pty Ltd.
