Andrew McKerracher has over 16 years of experience in the industrial market and has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions throughout the eastern industrial corridor. He has a wide range of experience covering a number of real estate disciplines, which include sales of vacant and investment property together with leasing activity which includes design and construction of new accommodation.
He also has a broad knowledge of investment feasibility studies for industrial, commercial and residential property. Further expertise extends to providing advice to corporate clients on the strategy for the sale and leaseback of property. Clients have included local, national and international companies together with a variety of trusts and institutions.
Mr McKerracher has been with Burgess Rawson WA since 1994 and was managing director from 2005 to October 2023 before returning his focus to sales and leasing within the company.
