Since joining Azure Capital in 2015, Andrew Johnston has worked on M&A and financing engagements in the agriculture, industrial and financial services sectors. Prior to Azure, he spent approximately 3 years in the North American M&A team of ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland and 2 years in the Group M&A team of Swisscom, the listed Swiss telecommunications incumbent. Prior to these overseas roles, he spent more than 4 years with KPMG’s Perth office in both Audit and Corporate Finance (M&A). Mr Johnston holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA).
