Andrew Houghton

Andrew Houghton has been with Arns & Associates since January 2003, initially as an associate solicitor before becoming senior associate in January 2011 and director in July 2018. Mr Houghton undertook articles training at Arns & Associates, and was admitted to practice in February 2004. He then completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Insolvency in 2005. Mr Houghton has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation including dealing with business, contractual, leasing and consumer disputes. He also represents clients in insolvency and debt recovery matters, professional negligence and inheritance disputes, in all state and federal courts.
