Andrew Hensher is an experienced executive who specialises in gaming and wagering, technology, strategy, corporate governance, regulatory risk and compliance.
Prior to joining PointsBet as group general counsel & company secretary in December 2018, Mr Hensher was head of legal and regulatory affairs at William Hill Australia where he was responsible for the overall legal, regulatory and compliance functions.
He also has extensive listed governance and corporate experience having spent almost six years as general manager of company secretariat and corporate counsel at Aristocrat Leisure, as company secretary of the Gaming Technologies Association (the peak representative body for Australian gaming machine technology suppliers), and as a director of the Australian Wagering Council (the then peak representative body for the Australian Online Wagering Industry).
