Andrew Harmos is one of the founding directors of Harmos Horton Lusk, an Auckland-based specialist corporate legal advisory firm where he specialises in takeover advice and structuring, securities offerings, company acquisitions and disposals and strategic board and transaction advice.
He is a director of AMP and AMP Life, The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia, and Elevation Capital Management. He chairs the audit committees of AMP Life and The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia. Mr Harmos was chair of the New Zealand Stock Exchange and a Trustee of the Arts Foundation of New Zealand.
Mr Harmos holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Auckland.
