Andrew Friars worked extensively as a management consultant for over 25 years, leading and operating multi-country professional services businesses. He is the oil & gas consulting leader for the Asia Pacific region for PwC and also leads its consulting business in Western Australia. Prior to returning to Perth in early 2013, Mr Friars was the PwC consulting leader for Central and Eastern Europe. Mr Friars led many strategy implementations and the resulting transformations in critical areas such as customer service, contact centres, risk management, finance, HR, sourcing, procurement and IT. He also gained experience driving Operational Excellence projects, transforming the manufacturing and supply chain footprint of a range of companies across several industries.
