Andrew Chan

Andrew Chan is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 10 years’ experience, holding both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law degree. He has advised a number of Australian and international companies in the resources sector. He is an independent non-executive director of ASX listed GBM Gold, and also holds directorship roles in a number of proprietary companies.
