Andrew Annand has over 25 years of experience providing a wide variety of public sector and private sector clients with acquisition and vendor due diligence, valuation and structuring advice in respect of mergers, acquisitions and investments, capital raisings, IPOs, private equity and infrastructure development.
He joined Deloitte in 1985 and had worked in corporate finance in the London, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth offices.
