Anand Sundaraj is a corporate lawyer with over 19 years of experience. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for public-listed and privately held entities, on funds management and general securities law matters including listing rule compliance and corporate governance.
Mr Sundaraj is a principal of Sydney-based law firm Sundaraj & Ker. Prior to that, he had worked for a number of pre-eminent law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons, Allen & Overy, as well as global investment bank Credit Suisse AG.
Mr Sundaraj holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria.
