Amy Andrews commenced her career at Holcim Australia, gaining experience in engineering and quality assurance during the construction of a concrete batching plant for Chevron on Barrow Island. During 5 years at Holcim, she completed many projects within the engineering departments across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Ms Andrews later went on to be involved in the Perth Airport Terminal 1 Domestic Pier (Virgin Australia) and International Departures Expansion project before making the move to the aged care sector. She held a project management role at Baptistcare WA and successfully managed a range of projects including a significant capital works program which saw the simultaneous restoration of all building services across nine locations. Ms Andrews joined the senior leadership team at Braemar Presbyterian Care in July 2018, in the newly established position of project and asset manager.
