Admitted to practice as a solicitor and barrister in Western Australia, Amber Stanton is an experienced lawyer with over 19 years of legal, commercial, strategic and corporate governance experience.
Ms Stanton has been a partner at two international law firms and has considerable experience in mining law, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, negotiation, cross border issues, general corporate and commercial matters.
Ms Stanton provides advice to clients on a broad range of corporate law and corporate governance issues including Corporations Act issues and compliance and ASX Listing Rules issues, with a strong background in the mining and natural resources sector.
She won the 2011 WA Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award in the Private & Corporate Sector category.
