Allan Kelly

Allan Kelly has over 25 years’ experience in mineral exploration geology, geochemistry and project management throughout Australia and the Americas, as well as general management experience in the resources, tourism, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Prior to successfully listing Doray Minerals, as managing director and major shareholder, Mr Kelly was directly involved in the targeting and early stage exploration of a number of gold, nickel, IOCG and uranium properties in Australia, Alaska and Canada and previously held senior exploration positions with WMC and Avoca Resources from its inception in 2002. Mr Kelly was co-awarded the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies “Prospector Award” in 2014, for the discovery of the high-grade Wilber Lode gold deposit at Andy Well, with Doray Minerals being named “Australian Mine of the Year” for Andy Well in 2015. Mr Kelly is a former Councillor of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC), a Fellow and former Councillor of the Association of Applied Geochemistry (AAG), and a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
