Lockwood to Tourism WA
KPMG director Nicole Lockwood has replaced Stephen Wicks as a Tourism WA board member.
Alistair (Al) Donald is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and resources infrastructure projects.
He is a member of Herbert Smith Freehills’ Global Council and a former head of Freehills’ Mergers and Acquisitions group. In Australia, Mr Donald has worked exclusively for Herbert Smith Freehills in both the Sydney and Perth offices, and has been a partner since 1991. He worked in New York from 1985 to 1988 with leading United States and international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, specialising in acquisitions and financing work.
Mr Donald is an honours law graduate of the University of Western Australia. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1986.
