Alison Puchy

After 14 years as a retail jewellery business owner, Alison Puchy re-joined the Gold Corporation in January 2018 as group manager of Perth Mint Shop & Exhibition. She had previously held executive positions at the company for eight years, including as manager of public affairs & government relations and manager of marketing communications. Ms Puchy was a journalist for 18 years, including a three-year cadetship at the Melbourne Sun. She moved to WA in 1985 and joined Australian Associated Press as a reporter in its Perth Bureau, and was subsequently a WA correspondent for Reuters and Who Weekly.
