Alison Mirams

Alison Mirams has over 20 years of experience in the construction sector and has held executive roles for Australia’s largest property, construction and infrastructure firms.

Ms Mirams led the NSW/ACT regional business unit of Lendlease’s building business with more than $2 billion of work in hand, and was a regional director of Brookfield Multiplex. She was chief executive of Roberts Co in February 2017 before becoming executive chair in January 2023.

Ms Mirams was awarded the Laing O’Rourke Business Woman of the Year at the 2018 National Association of Women in Construction NSW Awards for Excellence, and the Legacy Leadership Award at the Property Council NSW People in Property Awards in 2023.
