Alexandra Matich has over 10 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, including nearly six years in the Perth office of a top-tier international law firm where she was also the joint coordinator of their pro-bono and community projects program. Her experience includes leading complex contractual negotiations, negotiation of international and local supply arrangements, drafting and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, due diligence investigations, advising on corporate governance issues, undertaking the company secretariat function for a group of Australian exploration and production companies, and providing legal support to the group’s supply chain function.
